This is why athletes of all types should make stress management an important part of their training regime.

To create a disciplined mind, capable of regulating stress and anxiety, they first disciplined their bodies. And a disciplined body started with disciplined breathing. Zazen meditation has been used for centuries as a tool to discipline the breath, the body, and the mind.


M.L. Cerpok has been practicing and teaching Zazen breathing discipline for thirty years. He has been studying and teaching the connection between disciplined breathing and effortless action for nearly twenty years. Let this knowledge become your competitive advantage!

Group and individual training sessions are available. The suggested donation for individual training is $25 per thirty minute session. One or two sessions per week is suggested at first. The suggested donation for groups is determined by the size of the group.
