Are you looking to decrease stress and mental fatigue, oxygenate your body, and increase your physical and mental discipline? Perhaps a friend or a loved one, or even your doctor, has suggested that you need to relax. Well, you have found the right place!
One of the hardest parts of creating positive change in our lives is to recognize that something needs to change. Ask yourself these questions:
Do you react to situations and then regret, or need to re-address, your actions?
Do you react with strong emotions such as frustration, anger, or disappointment?
Are you a very successful person, but feel that something is missing?
Are you caught off-guard by events, and then scramble to get things done?
Do you need to lower your blood pressure?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, or are simply suffering from stress or mental fatigue, take the next step and click on the video below!

What is Zazen?
Zazen or "Sitting Zen" is the practice of disciplined breathing and posture. There are no difficult or painful positions necessary, and participants can comfortably practice in any type of clothing. The immediate benefits of the practice of Zazen are:
Deer Valley Village group session.
A reduction in stress.
A reduction in mental fatigue.
An increase in mental discipline.
An increase in physical discipline.
Oxygenation of the body.
Lower blood pressure in some practitioners.
While commonly associated with Zen studies, Zazen with M.L. Cerpok is led as a simple breathing practice. Also, Mr. Cerpok's sessions often conclude with a question and answer period whereby the practitioner is able to examine some of the random thoughts that surface during their breathing exercise. This practice has proven to enhance mental and physical health, create a more positive work and home environment, and increase individual productivity.
